• All copyrights for the artworks belong to Toriya (@goyo_ring).

• Completed artworks can be shared on my portfolio, website, and social media. If you prefer to keep it private, an additional fee is required!

• The standard turnaround time for projects is 2-3 weeks. (However, it might be completed in a day depending on my schedule.)

• If you haven't received the completed work after one month, a refund will be provided.

• For quick deadlines (within a week or on the same day), please inform me. Additional fees may apply based on the date.

• Please refrain from uploading the work to AI sites! It is strictly prohibited for AI educational purposes.

• Commercial use is not allowed. If you intend to use it commercially (broadcast, etc.), additional fees will be applied. The terms may vary, and direct consultation with me is required.

• If you plan to create personal goods (stickers, mugs, notepads, etc.), please let me know in advance. Personal use is allowed, but distribution or transfer to others is not possible. (Additional fees apply)

• No further editing or tracing is allowed. However, adding a single-color background or adjusting the size is acceptable.

• Complex costumes, guns, or other props may incur additional fees.

• A rough sketch will be provided for confirmation.

Services Not Provided

• Excessive gore or brutality (some blood is acceptable within limits).

• 19+ content, explicit nudity, or explicit sexual acts.

Services with Uncertainty (may be rejected or require additional fees)

• Furry art 

• Middle-aged or elderly characters.

• Extremely mechanical subjects.

• 작품을 AI 사이트에 업로드하지 말아주세요. 이는 엄격히 금지되어 있습니다.

• 상업적 사용은 허용되지 않습니다. 상업적 용도로 사용하려면 (방송 등) 추가 비용이 적용되며 조건은 개별적으로 상의되어야 합니다.

• 개인 굿즈를 만들 계획이 있다면 사전에 알려주세요. 개인 사용은 가능하지만 다른 사람에게 배포하거나 양도하려면 추가 비용이 필요합니다.

• 추가 편집이나 트레이싱은 허용되지 않습니다. 그러나 단색 배경 추가나 크기 조절은 가능합니다.

• 복잡한 의상, 총, 또는 다른 소품이 필요한 경우 추가 비용이 발생할 수 있습니다.

• 러프 스케치 이후에 컨펌이 한 번 이루어집니다.

제공되지 않는 서비스

• 과도한 고어나 잔인함 (일정 범위 내의 피는 허용됨).

• 19+ 컨텐츠, 노골적인 노출이나 성적 행위.

자신 없음 (거절될 수 있거나 추가 비용이 필요함):

• 퍼리 

• 중년이나 노년.

• 극도로 메카닉한 주제.
